Onboarding FAQ

Most Common Questions About the Onboarding Process

How do I add creators (OnlyFans accounts) to Supercreator?

You can manage your OnlyFans accounts in the Supercreator console under OnlyFans Accounts. To add one, enter the username and click +Add account.

As you type, a link will appear so you can confirm it’s the correct account.

Once added, check the account’s status: it must show CONNECTED. If not, the account won’t sync with the app or be shareable with your team.

Note: Without a paid subscription (and after your trial), new accounts won't connect.

With a paid subscription, you're only charged once the account connects. The fee is prorated, and your next monthly bill adjusts automatically.

How do I add any team members to Supercreator?

For your chatters, account managers, and other team members to use Supercreator, they need to join your agency workspace by creating their own accounts:

  1. Go to the Team Members page, copy your invite link, and share it with your team.

  2. They sign up for their own Supercreator account via the link.

  3. Approve their access to your agency workspace

    a. Set their permissions (see "Setting Roles and Permissions")

    b. Assign their OnlyFans accounts

    c. Define commission percentages and hourly rates

All workspace users appear in your Console.

Can't find someone under "All"? Check "Pending" or "Removed":

  • All = approved (you can edit their permissions);

  • Pending approval = awaiting admin approval;

  • Removed = no longer has access.

What if one of my team members signed up to Supercreator without using my invite link?

No problem - in their Account Settings, they can find "Connect my account to an agency workspace," paste your invite link, and click Save.

Don't forget to approve their request.

Do I need a license for every chatter?

No — you only need one license per OnlyFans creator account. Unlimited chatters can connect to the same creator.
