How does Izzy & AI pricing work?
Izzy is included in both paid plans — CRM Premium and Super AI. She is not available on the free CRM Lite plan.

On Super AI, you only pay for messages — the full CRM platform is included free, plus premium Izzy features like reaching out to online fans. Your minimum included messages (and price) depend on your monthly earnings: the more you earn, the more AI messages are included, and your monthly cost adjusts accordingly.
Sales Commission:
We charge 5% of Izzy’s net sales ( after OnlyFans cut ) — only on the sales Izzy makes. Example: if Izzy sells $1,000 of PPVs in a month, OnlyFans takes its 20% ($200), leaving $800 net. Our commission is 5% of that $800 = $40. This keeps us motivated to keep improving her performance — we only earn more when you do.

How do AI messages work?
Izzy uses AI messages to chat with fans.
Every reply Izzy sends counts as one AI message.
Messages generated with Copilot also use AI message credits.
Bump messages are unlimited and never count toward your balance.
What are AI Message Packages?
Every Super AI account comes with its own included quota. Once a creator uses it up, they can keep going with messages from a shared pool — the AI Message Package. Pricing starts at $0.03/message and drops as you buy larger packages. You can change or remove your package anytime. CRM Premium accounts don't have access to the shared pool — to use more AI messages, upgrade to Super AI.
What happens when I run out of AI messages?
Izzy pauses until your quota refreshes at your next billing cycle, you purchase an AI Message Package (Super AI only), or Auto-Upgrade kicks in. When credits are refilled, Izzy automatically resumes and replies to eligible unread chats.
What is Package Auto-Upgrade?
With Auto-Upgrade on, your AI Message Package automatically increases once you've used 80% of it, so Izzy never stops chatting and selling.
We upgrade you to the package that best matches your projected usage, based on your average daily message count.
You can change your package or turn off Auto-Upgrade anytime, and you can adjust the 80% threshold.
You always get a notification when an upgrade happens.
We recommend keeping Auto-Upgrade on to prevent Izzy from going offline.
Where can I see my usage?
Go to Settings → Billing in the Console to see your current AI usage, a breakdown by account, and your estimated next charge.
