Supercreator's AI Messages power Izzy and Supercreator's AI features.
Your monthly allowance depends on your plan:
CRM Lite (Free): no AI messages — Izzy isn't included on the free plan.
CRM Premium: 500 AI messages per month per account. Additional messages can't be purchased on this plan — upgrade to Super AI for more.
Super AI: a large allowance that scales with your earnings tier (for example, 2,000 messages/month at the $99 tier), plus the option to buy more.
Every Izzy reply and every Copilot-generated message uses one AI message. Bump messages are unlimited and never count against your balance. Your allowance renews each month with your billing cycle.
Buying more messages (Super AI)
Once a creator's included quota runs out, they can keep using messages from a shared pool - the AI Message Package. Packages are billed per workspace and shared among all Super AI creators in it. Pricing starts at $0.03/message and drops with larger packages.
1. Go to Settings → Billing in the Console.
2. Select the package that fits your needs.
3. In the confirmation pop-up, check "I understand and approve this charge" and hit Subscribe.
Auto-Upgrade
Turn on Auto-Upgrade, and your package automatically increases when you've used 80% of it (threshold adjustable), so Izzy never goes offline. You're always notified when an upgrade happens, and you can change or remove your package anytime.
