Bump Messages and Izzy AI chatter
We’ve made it easier than ever to engage fans and get conversations started with Izzy. With our new Bump Messages feature, you can automatically send messages to fans as soon as they come online, making it a great way to break the ice and let Izzy take over from there.
Bump messages are short, friendly messages that get sent to fans when they come online. The goal is to prompt a response so Izzy can jump in and continue the conversation.
How to Set Up Bump Messages
Open the Bump Messages Tab
In this section, you’ll see all your bump message templates.
Create or Import Templates
You can create your own bump messages by clicking on New Message or save time by using one of the pre-written templates. Just click Import to add it to your list.
💡 Tip: Add several message options! When a fan comes online, the system will randomly choose one to send. This keeps things fresh and natural.
Once a fan comes online:
One of your bump messages will be sent to them.
When the fan replies, Izzy will automatically take over the chat from there.
There are two features you’ll need to enable:
Handle Private Chats - This turns on Izzy, the AI chatter. You’ll find this option next to your bump messages, just select Turn On.
Message Online Fans - This is the actual bump message feature. Once enabled, fans who come online will automatically receive one of your bump messages.
After turning on the bump messages and AI chatter, don’t forget to check the Advanced Settings. Here you can customize how Izzy engages fans, including:
Who Izzy interacts with (you can exclude certain fans from receiving bump messages)
Setting active hours so Izzy knows when to engage fans based on your availability
Important: These advanced settings apply to all of Izzy’s functions—bumping online fans, AI chat responses, and PPV follow-ups.
If you want to customize settings just for AI chats, be sure to click on the AI Chats settings separately.
