Track the performance and activity of your chatters, spot your top performers, and see exactly how to help each team member improve. Chatter analytics are included in CRM Premium and Super AI.
Team Overview
At the top of the page, you'll find a list of all chatters in your workspace. If there are any pending requests to join your workspace, you can approve them here.
For each chatter, you'll see key performance metrics, including:
Private Sales – Total private sales generated.
Messages Sent – The total number of messages sent.
Estimated Hours Worked – Estimated time spent chatting.
Creator Access – Which creator accounts the chatter has access to.
Chat Conversion – The percentage of conversations that resulted in a sale.
Salary – The chatter's estimated earnings based on their hourly rate and sales commission.
Profitability – The chatter's gross margin, calculated from their average hourly sales minus their payout.
Note: By default, hourly rates and sales commissions are configured in Workspace Settings. You can also set custom rates and commissions for individual chatters in Team Settings.
Chatter Actions
At the end of each chatter's row, click the three-dot menu to access additional options:
Remove member
Set permissions
Set rate & commission
Next to the menu, click the > icon to open that chatter's detailed analytics page, which is covered later in this article.
Activity Feed
The Activity section displays a live summary of the latest actions performed across your workspace, making it easy to monitor recent team activity.
Messages
The Messages section provides a real-time overview of messages sent across all creator accounts connected to your workspace. This gives you a quick snapshot of ongoing conversations and overall team activity.
Chatter's Page
Click the > icon next to any chatter to open their detailed analytics page. Here you can view in-depth performance metrics, sales data, activity, payouts, and a breakdown of performance across each creator account they manage.
Live Metrics
At the top of the page, you'll find a real-time overview of the chatter's current activity, including:
Last Activity – The last time the chatter was active.
Sales in Last Hour – Revenue generated during the past hour.
Messages in Last Hour – Number of messages sent in the past hour.
Active Chats in Last Hour – Conversations the chatter has actively worked on during the last hour.
You'll also see the chatter's role, the creators they're assigned to, and a shortcut to edit their permissions.
Sales
The Sales section summarizes the chatter's sales performance for the selected date range.
Available metrics include:
Total Sales & Tips – Combined revenue from PPV sales and tips.
Sales per Hour – Average sales generated per hour worked.
Number of PPVs Sold – Total PPVs purchased from this chatter.
Chats with Sales – Conversations that resulted in at least one purchase.
Below these metrics, a chart displays sales performance, allowing you to track trends over time. You can also filter the data by creator and date range.
Activity
The Activity section provides insight into the chatter's workload and engagement.
Here you'll find:
Active Chats – Total conversations handled.
Messages Sent – Total messages sent during the selected period.
Estimated Hours Worked – Estimated time spent chatting.
The engagement chart lets you visualize daily activity and switch between Messages Sent, Fans Engaged With and Estimated Hours Worked
Estimated Hours Worked are calculated based on chatting activity. Only times during which messages are sent will be logged.
This will now count active time in 30-minute blocks aligned to round hours (e.g., 13:00, 13:30, 14:00).
For example, if someone sends messages at 13:05 and 13:20, it will count as one 30-minute active interval (0.5 hours) for the 13:00-13:30 block.
Messages Breakdown
The Messages Breakdown section displays every message sent by the chatter across all assigned creator accounts. Click View Chat to open the full conversation in OnlyFans where the message was sent.
Payouts
The Payouts section provides a summary of the chatter's compensation for the selected period.
You'll see:
Total Payouts – The chatter's calculated earnings based on their configured hourly rate and commission.
Profitability – The gross profit remaining after subtracting the chatter's payout from the revenue they generated.
Performance by OnlyFans Creator
If the chatter handles multiple creator accounts, this section breaks down their performance for each creator individually.
For each creator, you can view the Total Sales & Tips, Estimated Hours Worked, Sales per Hour and Chat Conversion Rate.
A pie chart on the right shows how the chatter's total sales are distributed across each creator account, making it easy to identify which accounts generate the most revenue.
Sales Metrics
The Sales Metrics dashboard surfaces your top-performing fans and transactions at a glance.
Conversions By Messages Sent
A funnel showing how your messages translate into PPV revenue:
Messages Sent: total number of messages sent in the period
PPVs Sent: how many of those messages included a PPV offer (shown as a % of messages sent)
PPVs Sold: how many PPVs were actually purchased (shown as a % of PPVs sent)
For example: 3,666 messages sent → 203 PPVs sent (6%) → 106 PPVs sold (52%).
Chat Conversion
A funnel focused on chats rather than messages:
Active Chats: total number of chats that had activity in the period
Chats With Sales: how many of those chats resulted in at least one purchase (shown as a % of active chats)
This metric tells you how often a conversation leads to a sale, regardless of how many messages were exchanged.
Revenue By PPV Pricing
A donut chart showing which PPV price tiers generated the most revenue. Each slice represents a price range (e.g., $150–$200, $100–$150, $90–$100, etc.) with its percentage share and dollar amount.
Use this to understand which price points your fans respond to most — and to guide your pricing strategy.
Earnings by Fan Type
See how much each type of fan (spenders, Super Fans) contributes to your earnings. This helps you understand how dependent your revenue is on a small group of top fans versus a broader base.
Chatter Messages
The Chatter Messages page provides a complete log of every message sent and received across your workspace, giving you full visibility into your team's conversations. This makes it easy to review interactions, monitor messaging activity, and quickly find specific conversations.
At the top of the page, you'll find a set of filters to help you narrow down the results. You can search for messages using keywords or specific text, filter by the message category, direction, type, purchase status, or select a custom date range.
The Category filter lets you view messages based on how they were generated. You can display Fan Messages, responses sent by Izzy, Bump Messages, Mass Messages, messages that are part of a Series, messages sent directly from the Inbox by a chatter, or Other messages that don't belong to one of these categories.
The Direction filter allows you to display either Outgoing messages sent to fans or Incoming messages received from fans.
The Type filter helps you focus on specific kinds of messages, including Free messages, PPV messages, or messages associated with Tips. You can also choose to display only messages where the attached PPV or content was purchased.
Finally, use the Time Range filter to review activity from a specific period, such as the last 24 hours, the last 7 days, or any custom date range.
