The Message Online Fans automation sends messages ("bumps") to fans when they turn online. This way, you'll always be the first creator in your fans' inbox when they go online.
It makes sure you never miss any sale opportunity, never lose any spender, and can sit back and wait for the automation to reach out to fans on your behalf.
Why is it helpful?
The Bump Message Online Fans feature dramatically increases the engagement and authenticity of your bump messages.
With this feature, you can create personal messages in mass without spamming your fans or ruining the authenticity of your conversations. This will increase the response rate significantly.
How to use it?
We recommend sending bump messages mainly through the Message Online Fans automation feature, instead of the regular mass message.
When clicking on the Run Bump Automation icon, the following pop-up will appear:
Personalized your messages
Make your messages feel personal by including the fan’s first name, so it looks like it’s directly addressed to them. Adding emojis is another great way to give your messages a friendly touch.
Write the message with AI
Supercreator’s Bump Automation is powered by AI to help you craft the perfect message! You’ll have a few ready-made options and can regenerate messages as needed. Plus, you can switch between different styles—choose from spicy, innocent, or long—to best suit your approach.
Add Media and Set a Price for Your Message
Choose media from the Vault to include in your message, and easily set a price for it. If you’d like, you can have AI analyze the content and suggest a price—just toggle on “Override with Personalized AI Pricing” for automatic suggestions.
Select Your Audience and Set Message Running Time
Choose how long you’d like the message to run, and you can also turn on the option to unsend if the fan hasn’t replied.
You’ll have the option to exclude fans you’ve messaged recently or add lists of fans you’d like to skip for this message. This way, you can maintain a natural conversation flow without sending any out-of-context messages.
Our best practice with bump messages is to send several during each shift and send a regular mass message to your entire fanbase only once or twice a day.
For this, you will need to exclude fans you messaged in the last 8 (or any other number) hours. You can choose a different time interval, but 8 hours (similar to a standard shift) usually does the work.
Avoid spamming your fans' inboxes
By sending bump messages only to fans who are relevant for messaging right now, you avoid spamming your fans' inboxes as you do when sending your daily bump mass messages.
Slide into your fans' Priority Tab
When using this feature, your messages will get to your fans' Priority tab (see below), rather than the regular All tab. This increases the level of response significantly.
