"Message Online Fans" — also known as bump messages — ensures you're always top of mind by sending personalized messages the moment a fan comes online, landing directly in their priority tab. Bumps are part of Izzy's toolkit: when a fan replies to a bump, Izzy can take over the conversation automatically (see "Messages for AI Chatter" for the fully automated 24/7 setup — this article covers running bump sessions manually from the inbox).
You keep full control with the unsend option: automatically retract bump messages that got no reply, so your outreach never feels pushy.
How to use it
Step 1: Go to the Creators tab. Next to the creator’s name, click Izzy Settings, then select the third option, Bump Messages.
Here, you can create a list of pre-made messages that are sent automatically when a fan matches the selected event criteria. You can choose what triggers the bump message, such as when a fan comes online, comments on your post, or likes your post. You can also turn messages on or off or delete them.
Step 2: Import or start a New Message
Here, you can create a new bump message and select the OnlyFans account if you have more than one connected.
You can then choose the trigger event, such as when a fan comes online, comments on your post, or likes your post. You can also select the media to send, set the minimum price, and enter the message text.
Don’t forget to include {name} in your message to automatically replace it with the fan’s first name.
Step 3: Exclude Fans From Bump Online Fans
Use the Exclude Fans settings to prevent bump messages from being sent to specific types of fans. You can exclude fans based on their spending, subscription length, or the lists they belong to.
If a fan matches any of the configured exclusion rules, Izzy will not send them bump messages. You can exclude:
Spenders: Exclude fans who have spent more than a specific amount.
New Fans: Exclude fans who have been subscribed for less than a specified number of days.
Old Fans: Exclude fans who have been subscribed for more than a specified number of days.
Fans Lists: Select specific lists whose members should be excluded from bump automation.
Step 4: Bump Fans Advanced Settings
Use the Bump Fan Settings to control when bump messages are sent and prevent unnecessary or repetitive outreach.
Unsend Automatically
Automatically unsend a bump message if the fan does not reply within the selected time. This helps keep conversations clean and prevents messages from feeling spammy. Due to OnlyFans limitations, the actual unsend may take longer than the time you set. If exact timing is important, set the interval slightly shorter than your intended target.
Don’t bump fans you’ve messaged recently
Prevent bump messages from being sent to fans who were recently contacted by either a human chatter or Izzy. Set the number of hours a fan must remain without a message before they can receive a bump.
Choose which fan actions trigger Izzy to send a bump message
Select the fan actions that should trigger a bump message. Available triggers include:
Fan comes online
Fan purchases content or sends a tip
Fan likes or comments on a post
