Bump Online Fans Automation

Learn how to create and manage Bump Messages to automatically engage fans with personalized messages based on their activity.

Bump messages are part of Izzy's toolkit: short, friendly messages sent automatically the moment a fan comes online, purchase a content or send a tip, or comment on a post. This helps you re-engage fans at the perfect moment and increase conversations and sales without any manual effort.

Accessing Bump Messages

To manage your Bump Messages:

  1. In the Console, open the Creators tab.

  2. Next to the creator you want to configure, click Izzy Settings.

  3. Select Bump Messages.

Creating a Bump Message

You can either create a message from scratch or import an existing one from:

  • Supercreator Templates

  • Best Selling PPVs

  • Mass Messages

  • Message Library

When importing, you can:

  • Import the message as-is.

  • Edit & Import if you'd like to customize it before saving.

To create a new Bump Message, click New Message.

  1. Select the OnlyFans account (if you manage multiple creators);

  2. Choose one or more trigger events;

  3. Attach media from your Vault (optional);

  4. Set a minimum bundle price (optional);

  5. Write the message that Izzy will send;

You can personalize your messages by using the {name} placeholder. If the fan has a first name saved in your CRM, Izzy will automatically replace {name} with that name. Example: Hey {name}, I have something special just for you ❤️

Excluding Fans

You can prevent certain fans from receiving Bump Messages by creating exclusion rules. For example, you can exclude fans based on:

  • Total amount spent

  • How long they've been subscribed (new or long-term subscribers.

  • Specific fan lists.

These filters help ensure your Bump Messages are sent only to the audience you want to target.

Note: If a fan matches any exclusion rule, Izzy will stop sending automated messages to that fan and any active conversation will be handed over to a human chatter.

Advanced Settings

The Advanced Settings section gives you additional control over how Bump Messages behave.

Automatically Unsend Messages

Enable Unsend Automatically to remove a Bump Message if the fan doesn't reply within a specified time.

This helps keep conversations clean and prevents chats from feeling repetitive or spammy.

Note: Due to OnlyFans platform limitations, the actual unsend time may be longer than the value you configure. If precise timing is important, consider setting a slightly shorter interval.

Don't Bump Fans You've Messaged Recently

Prevent Izzy from sending Bump Messages to fans who were recently contacted by either Izzy or a human chatter. Choose how many hours should pass before that fan becomes eligible for another Bump Message.

Trigger Events

Choose which fan actions should trigger a Bump Message.

Available triggers include:

  • Fan comes online

  • Fan purchases content or sends a tip

  • Fan likes or comments on a post

You can enable one, two, or all trigger events for each Bump Message.

Fan Name Fallback

If a fan doesn't have a first name saved in your CRM, Izzy will use a fallback name instead. By default, the fallback name is babe, but you can customize it to better match your brand and chat style.
