Introducing Scripts

Scripts is here, and it's one of the most powerful things you can do with Izzy.

While Izzy is already great at reading a conversation and selling naturally, Scripts takes that a step further: you define the exact flow, the content, the pacing, and the conditions. Izzy follows your instructions, step by step, while still feeling completely human to the fan.

Whether you're running a premium drip set, a keyword-triggered content drop, or a fully custom chat experience with no selling at all, Scripts gives you the control to build it.

What Is Scripts?

Scripts is a structured flow you design for Izzy to follow when a specific condition is met. The moment a fan matches your trigger, Izzy switches from her natural chatting mode into your Script, following your instructions, sending your content, and adapting her tone to match each step.

Scripts runs entirely in the background. Fans don't know they're in one. It feels live, personal, and in the moment, which is exactly the point.

Ways to Use Scripts

Drip Sets: One of the most popular ways to use Scripts is for drip sets. A drip set is a step-by-step content sequence where Izzy guides the fan through multiple PPVs in the exact order you choose, sending them one at a time. This creates a more personal and immersive experience for the fan, making it feel natural and interactive rather than like a random content drop. Instead of receiving everything at once, the fan follows a content journey designed by you.

💡 Pro tip: For best results, start your drip set with a freebie. Data from early Scripts testing shows that fans stay in the flow significantly longer when they receive that first free piece of content before being asked to pay.

Triggered Responses: Scripts can also be used to automatically respond when a fan says or does something specific. Instead of manually replying every time, you can create smart automated flows that activate based on keywords, actions, or milestones.

Here are a few examples of what you can build:

  • A creator posts on Instagram: “The next 10 people who DM me ‘ROOFTOP’ get something special.”
Scripts can detect that exact keyword and automatically send the reward or follow-up message.

  • A fan asks about your band, music, or upcoming tour.
Scripts can instantly send the exact response you created, keeping replies fast and consistent.

Where to Find Scripts

Scripts is available in your creator setup page inside the Supercreator console.

Building a Script — Step by Step

Step 1: Script Name

Give your Script a clear, descriptive internal name. This is for your team's organization only, fans never see it. A good Script name should clearly reflect the content, purpose, or scenario it is designed for:

  • Gym Drip Set

  • Shower Series - November

  • Keyword: ROOFTOP Drop

  • Night Owl Progression

Step 2: Entry Trigger

The trigger determines when Izzy should switch from normal conversation mode into your Script. Triggers are written in free text, which means you are not limited to a predefined list of options. This gives you full flexibility to create specific conditions based on what a fan says, does, or experiences during the conversation.

Some trigger examples:

  • Fan mentions the gym - contextual, topic-based

  • New subscriber after 7 days - time and lifecycle based

  • It's nighttime in the creator's time zone - timing-based

  • Fan sends the message ROOFTOP - exact keyword match

  • It's nighttime AND the fan has spent at least $1 - combined conditions

💡 One important rule: Each fan can only enter any given Script once. So every Script is a unique, one-time experience for that fan.

Step 3: Expiration Time

Scripts are built around the feeling of something happening live. If a fan goes quiet mid-Script, Izzy won't keep the Script open indefinitely. The default expiration time is 6 hours of inactivity since Izzy's last message. If the fan doesn't reply within that window, the Script ends and won't restart for that fan.

You can adjust this. If your fans tend to pop in and out throughout the day, a longer window might reduce unnecessary exits. Once you have data from your first Script runs, review exit reasons and adjust accordingly.

Step 4: Exit Rules

There are a few ways a Script ends:

  • Expiration Time Reached - The Script automatically ends if the fan does not respond within the configured inactivity window.

  • Unpurchased PPV Limit Reached - By default, Scripts end after 2 unpurchased PPVs.

  • Fan Changed Topic - The fan moved the conversation away from the Script topic or is no longer engaging with the intended flow.

  • Fan Busy - The fan indicated they were busy or unavailable to continue the conversation at that moment.

💡 We recommend keeping the unpurchased PPV exit at 2–3. Scripts are designed for engaged fans who are in a buying mindset. If a fan passes on multiple offers in a row, continuing to send AI-generated messages costs credits without converting. Better to exit cleanly and let Izzy re-engage them naturally later.

Designing the Script Steps

This is where you actually build the experience. Scripts are made up of two types of steps that you can combine in any order.

Instruction Steps - An Instruction step tells Izzy how to behave for a set number of messages. You write the instructions in free text, and you choose how many messages Izzy sends during this step.

Some examples of what you can write:

  1. Do small talk. Ask the fan how their day is going.

  2. Build tension. Tease what's coming next without giving it away.

  3. Ask the fan: "Who's your favorite creator?" Then continue with small talk.

  4. If the fan hesitates, handle objections warmly. Remind them this is exclusive.

Number of messages - 3 to 5 messages per instruction step is a good starting range. If the average bundle price for this Script is higher, you have more room to extend. For lower-priced sets, keep the warmup tighter.

Skip this step if the previous bundle was purchased - This keeps the Script moving for fans who are already buying without making them sit through an instruction step designed to convince them.

Message Steps - A Message step is where you attach a bundle (PPV) and write the message that goes with it.

You have two options for the message text:

  • Adaptive (default): Izzy tailors the message to match the conversation flow and the fan's tone, then delivers your content naturally.

  • Exact: The message is sent word for word, exactly as you wrote it. Use this when the phrasing matters, a specific tease, a very particular creator voice, or a keyword-triggered response where you want precision.

You can also leave the message text blank and have Izzy send the bundle with her own caption, using everything she knows from the creator's bio.

‼️ Critical rule: Content used in a Script must NOT be available anywhere in Izzy's regular product catalog. If a Script bundle is also listed as a regular Izzy product, Izzy may accidentally send it outside of the Script, breaking the experience and potentially sending the wrong content at the wrong time.

  1. Go to AI Chatter → Content → New Product

  2. Create each bundle individually (PPV 1, PPV 2, Freebie, etc.) do not import an entire vault folder as one bundle

  3. Set each bundle to Draft immediately after creating it; this keeps it out of Izzy's regular catalog

  4. Come back to your Script and attach each bundle to the correct Message step.

Using Scripts Without Selling (Rapport & Custom Response Mode)

Scripts aren't only for drip sets. They're also a tool for creators who want Izzy to respond in a very specific way, without selling anything at all. Example use cases:

  • A creator who wants a precise, controlled response whenever fans ask about their band, their tour, or an upcoming project

  • An account that wants Izzy to run entirely in conversation mode, with no product sales at all

  • A creator with a specific voice and tone that doesn't fit a standard sales setup, where getting the language exactly right matters more than pushing PPVs

For these setups, you can build a Script with only Instruction steps (no Message/bundle steps), set your trigger to match the topic or keyword, and write the exact response you want Izzy to deliver.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can a fan enter the same Script more than once? No. Each fan can only enter a given Script once. This ensures every Script feels like a unique, personal experience.

  2. What happens after a Script ends? Izzy automatically returns to her natural chatting mode and continues the conversation as normal, selling from the regular product catalog, responding to the fan's messages, and picking up where the conversation left off.

  3. Can I pause or disable a Script after it's live? Yes. You can toggle any Script off at any time from the Scripts tab. Fans currently in an active Script run will exit cleanly.

  4. Can I use Scripts if my creator doesn't sell explicit content? Absolutely. Scripts work for any type of creator and any kind of experience. Use them for brand messaging, keyword responses, milestone-based fan flows, or any structured interaction, no PPVs required.

  5. Do I need to create new bundles for every Script? Yes. Script bundles should be exclusive to that Script. Don't reuse bundles that are already in Izzy's regular catalog.

  6. What if I want Izzy to say something very specific, not just improvise? Use the exact message toggle on any Message step, or write very precise instructions in an Instruction step (e.g. Ask the fan exactly: "Hey, did you see my new post?" ). For triggered keyword responses where the creator's voice and phrasing must be precise, the exact toggle is your best tool.
