This feature is especially helpful for OnlyFans accounts with a busy inbox, and many inbound messages, that require multiple chatters working simultaneously on the same account in their shift.
How is this helpful?
The Fan-Chatter assignment helps you manage your inbox more easily:
Avoid conversation collisions between chatters, working on the same OnlyFans account at the same time.
Enforce chatters to have consistent chats during shifts with no confusion, and make sure that existing fans and ongoing conversations will never be mixed up again.
Make sure that each chatter gets to know their assigned fans better, which can help make the conversation and PPVs more personal, and increase engagement and unlock rate.
How does it work?
It creates a color group for each chatter working on a particular OnlyFans account, and assigns each chat to a color group (split the fanbase randomly to the different color groups).
This way each chatter will get their own fans to chat with, which are the ones that are in their color group.
Fans will always stay in the same color group for their entire lifetime, so you can be sure that once a chatter is assigned to a specific color - existing conversations will always stay under his responsibility. We've got your back.
Let's explain this with an example: Amy and Ben are working on Model X's page, which gets many messages every minute.
Model X's fanbase will be randomly split into two separate color groups - blue and green. Each group will be the same size.
β
Amy will chat with the blue fans, and Ben will chat with the green fans:
β
Fans will always stay in the same color group for their entire lifetime, so you can be sure that once a chatter is assigned to a specific color - existing conversations will always stay under his responsibility (therefore, they'll know their fans better).
How to use it?
Simply choose the number of color groups, on the chat inbox in the "Split inbox" option
βYou can choose between up to 3 color groups:
After saving your settings, the inbox will look like this:
To remove the colors, simply select Reset Split Inbox in the feature settings.
Note: If you change the number of groups, some fans will be moved from a different color group to another, since the new groups are re-created.
